I agree about Disney Dreams being the best show! I was a dancer in that show my last few contracts and I must admit there were plenty of times I cried while onstage!

@Mags2002 what other "work" does the performance crew have to do besides the main stage shows? I thought at one time they helped organize shore excursions as everyone meets and heads off the boat.

It depends on your role but yes could be helping with shore excursions, muster drill, usher/crowd control, character attendant, dresser.
What I have noticed with DCL that is different to other cruise lines is that the Cast tends to be much busier! We only have one Cast that performs in all live entertainment on board, whereas Royal for example has a different Cast for theatre, ice, aqua and they only perform those shows. We could perform in anything depending on your role. I was a character performer (fur and face) as well as dancer so I was in lots of the shows each cruise
