Well it looks like I lost the "Christmas" part of my siggie. Back to the drawing board.

Also want to look up some of those sites you gave me Lynn.

Pix, I have 3 scarfs (scarves) packed for my trip in SF. I love them too. But we do wear them alot up here, cuz it does stay cold all day in the winter.

i was just going to ask you if you had looked up those sites yet....get to it woman...you dont have all night...btw...what time do you leave in the am?

im in agreement with you staley...there is really no need for a tro at all...hes just trying to appease his guilt and by god you cant let him do it at risk to alex feelings...the mother******...sorry I just get so PO'd when I hear that kind of back ssa crap...

Oh Lynn!! You have helped me out SOO much! I was almost in tears! You should see how clean my house is! Dh said we can see a lawyer, but I dont think it will even go that far. I will say he cant see him, and he can take me to court... Will that happen.. NO!

Cool! I just bought some scarves. I didn't have any before that. Hi Megan, I'm so sorry you had to go through that. What does the child support people tell you to do??

Did his note say when he was coming back??

Did you call Frelan yet?? I bet it freaks him out too.

I wish I could give you good solid advice, but I really don't know what to tell you. The only thing I can tell you, is that we all care, and want you to feell our love and support, and also my prayers for you.

Child support really has nothing to do with visitation, so they dont really care. I Woke dh up to tell him what happened, and he promptly fell back asleep! But he was pissed when he woke up. James is messing with HIS son and wife... and he doesnt take to kindly to that! Dh asked me what I really want to do... and I am a horrid person...cause I said I really want to shoot him in the face.

i saw that...how funny...i get scared and I go off running around the house talking to myself and I will start cleaning even if it doesnt need it no I dont think it will need to get that far...my suggestion is for you to call him and make arrangements to meet him in town somewhere while alex is in school and take frelan with you and spell it out to him...name off all the times he showed up just to turn around and leave again with no word and tell him him when he starts being responsibile and making sure you are getting regular pymts and he sticks around for awhile then you can talk again...you can also suggest that you can call him when alex is home and let him hear his voice talking and playing etc...and let him know how his leaving affects alex and your number 1 priority is him and until he proves himself trustworthy you cant risk it...im surprised you werent bawling...I would have for sure

I did that when i signed all the paperwork. I let them know what *might* happen, (boy, am I psychic or what?) and they told me that they would NOT let him take him, and call us immediately, along with the police.

Yeah............you want to hop on the train!! We love taking the train.........no traffic, no parking, no one way streets. We hop on in Handord, and it takes us to Emeryville. Then we hop on the bus for a short ride, that takes us right in front of the huge mall at Union Square. I have only one carry-on suitcase, and we walk about 2 blocks to the hotel from there. Gotta love it!!!!!
