yes you can yes you can you big faker
Okay, I can't go to MHT this yearI FINALLY was able to confirm a date with my sisters (my older sister's work and my little sister's swimming and such). We picked the 19th but I was told that all the Friday's are sold out. The only thing available is Thursdays and that's not gonna happen.
Also, they said the 29th ~31st is available but we can't go those days either. Looks like we'll have to try for next year. <sigh>
oh man that stinks pix....yeah all the fridays sell out first...![]()

This is my next recipe to try! Sounds yummy and not too spicey I hope. I usually love spicey, but I'm suppose to stay clear for a while.alex,
now that the fall is settling in I came across this recipe for a cran apple pork tenderloin...its low fat and has alot of good flavors...heres the recipe you should try it and see what you think...
CranApple Pork Tenderloins
1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup cooking apples, coarsely chopped and peeled
2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced and peeled
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (you can omit if you cant find it)
2 (3/4-pound) pork tenderloins
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 2 minutes or until thick. Cool 10 minutes.
4. Place mixture in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
5. Trim fat from pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Divide cranberry mixture in half. Brush pork with half of the cranberry mixture.
7. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
8. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until thermometer registers 160°. (Slightly pink).
9. Serve pork with remaining cranberry sauce.
Makes 6 servings. Serving size: 3 oz pork and 2 Tsp sauce.

also I sense that you are trying to find things that arent so bland...I have the one chicken recipe that I use in the crock pot that Tink made and the family loved..
its 1 pkg dry onion soup mix, (if you cant find a low sodium dry soup mix you could omit the soup and replace with just dehydrated onions and see if you can find a low sodium beef bouillon and put it in there without adding water) a can of chunk pineapple sans juice, a bottle of russian dressing and a jar of apricot/pineapple preserves...mix altogether and place your boneless skinless breasts in the crockpot to cook till the meat is falling apart...I serve it with plain rice and use the juice from the chicken over it and brocolli/cauliflower mix...
^^ i think Pixie would have to drive down to SD to get them, and then take them to MHT, then drive them back and start work the next morning...
