Untitled DL chat thread. Everyone is welcome! Part 11

Our apartment is very small.. plus we have never spent Christmas at our own house. We are usually gone for a few days around Christmas. Last year we were in Reno... every other year we went up to my parents house for a few days around christmas.

we will be in DL for 3 days spread out through the wk well 4 with MHT party.

Awesome! I've heard you can get a lot accomplished in DCA during MHT. I've never been but from what I've heard the crowds for the lines are low!

Shawna- when will you be at DL again? I hope we hve another hyena meet before I go on the cruise.

See what happens when I decide to remodel, I fall out of the loop. When the heck are you going cruisin? Are you just talking around the block???

And Nov. 10 and 11 we will be there. Dd dances on the 10th.

I know! I also know it is weird not to decorate, but we honestly have no place for a tree! Unless I stick it on the computer desk, but then how would I dis?

No problem! I can get one of those slim trees and we can have everything decked out like crazy! When I lived at WDW we decorated our kitchen by gift wrapping the cabinet doors! I love to decorate for Christmas. The key is pack everything else you have year round up in boxes!!! I'm going all out on your apt.

I've seen small decorated trees at Target. It was $19.99 I believe for one with a Tinkerbell theme. They also had one that was Princess themed last year. I bet they might have some again this year.

umm, I didn't realize that it even HAD a theme to begin with. Did anyone know it was based a on a famous street? Most not be too famous, no connection for a person like me who is not a native Californian, I had no clue.

I thought Lutz said they were ripping it out. It's one of the rides that I wish would disappear.. Maliboomer and Golden Dreams can join the junk pile as well IMO. Golden Dreams, snore fest...

Nope if you have a Christmas tree you will be standing around the tree singing Yuletide hymns! It will be picture perfect. no time for reality tv! I guess we could film you all holding hands and singing Christmas Carols and call it our own reality tv show! Btw I love it when I get to use the idea smiley!

Yep! It's going to be the first cruise for my boyfriend and the first time we've been on a cruise together!
