Unreal line for check in at cabana bay sunday

Thanks, still nothing...that stinks. Mobile check in is def the way to go

According to my travel agent (who I asked to reach out to CB to confirm) we can only utilize mobile check in if we booked DIRECTLY with Loew's. So if we book through a third party it won't work. Just a heads up. I'm trying to plan my Universal/Seaworld/Cruise vacation next May and looks like even after 11pm mobile check in might be handy.

WOW! What time of day was this? Our flight will land around 5 (if we take the direct during the day, maybe should try a red eye?).... How long did it take? I wish Universal did online check in as well!

In my opinion, there is no way to predict the check in wait time. You might arrive at 2 am and there be one person in line in front of you, but only one desk agent. If that one person has a check in issue, you’ll wait a while.

Alternatey, you might get there at noon and have 6 people in front of you and 4 desk agents. If things go smooth, it won’t take long.

On the day pictured, there were likely a lot of people that showed up at a different time and had little to no wait.

Choose the flight you want based on timing and pricing that works for you. I wouldn’t try to factor in check-in when there are too many variables.

That’s crazy ! We’ve stayed there five times over the years and never ever saw a check in line more than maybe 10 people.

I’m sure lower staffing levels must have something to do with it. I’ll just add it to my ever growing list of reasons that I hate this pandemic.

We will most likely take the direct morning flight! Hopefully by late spring things will look different (aka more staff)..
