Universal to offer free dining?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows anything about Univeral offering free dining? I was reading through a Disney discount thread, and someone made a comment about Universal offering free dining later this year, however, when I googled it, I got NOTHING...I may have read it wrong, or the person may have been misinformed....anyone know anything?
