Universal on Thanksgiving

Quick report... Went to the park a few hours before a family feast yesterday. Park was pretty empty. Very glad I went. Express pass gave tickets for most rides for the current time. Quite a few gift shops were closed. Really got the feeling that the economy is really hurting the parks. We are going back when the Macy's parade starts next month. It should be a little more lively then.

thanksgiving day usually inst too hectic. the day after and yesterday were both very busy. i mean 30-45 minute waits all day busy. it's gonna slow back down for the next couple of weeks, then start picking back up as it gets closer to Christmas

We were at the parks on Thanksgiving also and like you said it was dead but the days after were crazy! With our room keys we were still able to get right on all the rides.
