Undercover Tourist?

Has anyone ever returned their tickets for a refund? Hopefully we won't be doing that, but I would like to know if it is an easy process.

I've heard people have had an easy time with normal refunds.

I had extremely extenuating circumstances, used the tickets, spent 2 hours at guest relations at AK when they botched an upgrade, and after calling UT to see if they could help, they refunded my tickets on the spot so that I could buy new tickets from Disney.

Has anyone ordered from UT and just picked them up? Is that even an option?

I believe that you can pick them up at their office in the central Florida area. It should be on their website if that option is available.

You can pick up tickets ordered from UT.

The location is a UPS store located 10 to 15 from WDW. You must have an ID and the credit card and they must match the order form.

ONE WORD OF CAUTION !!!!!!!

The UPS store closes at 4 on Saturdays and is not open on Sunday. Last year we spent the night before we arrived at Disney 5 hours away. At 10:00 I realized that the UPS store closed at 4 and would not be open on Sunday. We had to book it to Orlando and made it with 30 minutes to spare. If I had not read the hours, we would have taken our time down to Orlando, showed up at 5 or 6 in the afternoon and would have been SOL.

BTW Undercover Tourist is a great company and we have never had a single issue in 4 times ordered.
