Undercover Tourist Questions

I have not been impressed with their service thus far either. I originally ordered 4 day Hoppers with WP as it was the largest discount. I intended to add 3 days upon arrival. I ordered the day WDW raised the prices, 2/23. 6 days later I got confirmation they had shipped. They took more than a week to arrive.

Then the nonsense about tickets not being upgradable posted. Well I didn't want to take the chance and asked if I could return the 4 day and buy 7 day. I got them on a Friday and I shipped them out on Monday and again it took over week to arrive back in FL, when the USPS gave me an estimated delivery of Thursday. That I understand was USPS not them.

Then I had confusion about reordering. I was told I could get a refund, not be charged the restocking fee and reorder. I confirmed with the agent as I told her I needed the refund in order to repurchase. Then I got an email asking for my confirmation of reorder or I would be charged 5%. :crazy2: That I will say they did clear up no problem and issued me the full refund. That took a few days, but the day it cleared my account, I went to re-order. Of course NOW the pre-price increase tickets are GONE.....and my tickets are now $55 more than I was expecting. There were cheaper tickets to be had at other sites, but then I would have owed them a %5 fee making it a wash not to re-order from them.

I ordered my new tickets on 3/22 and was told in the check out I could expect my tickets by 4/8. My 60 day mark is 4/6 so I thought, oh well, what's a few days.....people here praise their quick service.

Now I read 15 days??? Three weeks and no tickets? :eek: Now I'm not so sure the second set won't be a month getting here and making FP+ reservations is going to be more difficult. Now I'm wishing I had just paid for the express service. This whole trip is starting to make me :(

I ordered ten five day base tickets for WDW. Ordered them March 5 and they were sent via FedEx on March 25 arriving at my house March 26. I did not pay for express shipping and was surprised they came FedEx. I figured postal services from the USA to Canada. Confirmation said the ticked would ship in 17 business days from date of order.

I received an email from FedEx that they were shipping something. I did not receive anything from Undercover Tourist.

This is the third time I've ordered tickets and I will continue to use them.
 
I ordered on March 9 with regular shipping. i just got shipment notification from them with a fedex tracking number. my guess is they upgraded to trackable shipment once they missed the 15 day mark.
 
What is the mousesavers link? I've tried searching for it, and the top result simply says "The Link." But it seems to be the same prices if I just go to the UCT website.
