Unbirthday DISign?

I would like to make my sister an un-birthday t-shirt. Does anyone have anything like this, I think that it would look cool with a group of characters from Alice in Wonderland and a saying like "A Very Happy Un-Birthday to Me"
My sister's birthday is Feb 29th, so she only gets a birthday once every 4 years and 2009 is not it, lol.
