Ultimate Planning spreadsheet for the iPad *pdf files coming soon*

These are amazing! Thank you sooooo much. I just downloaded numbers to my ipad to use these. I'm such a compulsive planner that these are PERFECT :-)

Thank you for sharing! I wonder how many people are like me and were sitting on the fence, undecided about buying the Numbers app until I saw your download? You should be getting a cut on their sales! Lol

I downloaded as well, thank you! I also wouldn't have bought numbers if not for wanting this planner!

Posted a new DDP planning spreadsheet. It's a work in progress so feel free to leave some feedback. Will post pics later

If your doing it from your iPad then it will open in safari first. Once it opens click the button that says "open in" in the top right and open it in numbers.

Thanks got it! Quick suggestion as I play withit quickly can you add to the trip info part maybe where the trip cost breakdown is a total cost of gratuity spent.

The total gratuity over the entire trip? Sure I can add that in there.

Too Cool Mike :cool1:

Ok one other thought here on the Dinning Plan is there away of creating a total of OOP excluding what is included in the dinning plan...

Say example day would be
Resort Breakfast uses one snack credit
then Lunch is at Sea World so we Pay OOP for that say $20
Then Dinner is Ohana's with one table credit so that's on the plan
except we want to have a $10 appitizer and then the gratuity cost Say it's $10

So the days total OOP cost works out to look something like $40 taking off what is covered by the dinning plan then having a total based on the number of meals/days the dinning plan doesn't cover....

Currently you have it listed what it would cost OOP if you had no plan at all
I would like if possible a second OOP total that is expenses and gratuities payed out over and above using the dinning plan...

I don't know if I explained it quite right... Let me know if you understand my garble ;)

yep, I get what your saying.

And its coming. I have some ideas to make it auto detect the dp. Basically if you mark off credits used, it will take out the price of the food included. It will take a bunch of coding but I will get it done.

For now, if you know its going to be OOP for a meal, just enter the costs into a section that you know is never included in the dp. Like the premium drinks section.

I know its not very user friendly at the moment.

what device are you using I'm doing it on an ipad and when I tap the screen for a moment there is a drop down menu then it will disapear again if I'm not quick enough.

Just downloaded the spreadsheet . . . thanks so much, it is great!!! Looking forward to the pressed pennies checklist.

its the top right corner. You should see it as soon as it opens in safari, then it will disappear. You have to be quick. If you tap in that area it should come up again.

Once you figure it out you will have no problems.

I just got my first Mac computer I blame my disney addiction and this thread :)
