Had to take a management class few years ago conducted by the Founders for Century 21 real estate. anyway....They had found the an unhappy customer will tell 15-17 people of there experience if unsatisfactory, same customer will tell 1-2 ppl of a good experience.
So when reading negative remarks on current
DVC rooms I remember that, HOWEVER I do wish that posters would put the room number associated with the negative stay so other members could be informed.
Wish Caskbill was still with us THAT would be a GREAT program for him to right a room tracker....sure do miss that fella.....Shawn
