That would be Le Cava de Tequila in the Mexico pavilion. The margaritas are phenomenal!:thumbsup2

Dear Lesha or is it Lusha,

Not acceptable, to think that you would chose a romp with Mrs Tequila and Mrs Margarita over me is beyond all comprehension. I waited and waited for you to appear as I had something very special for you in the form of Porter and my boy strip. You missed out and could have been blessed meeting us but Nooooooo you decided that Craig(Greg) or Gregory, who gives a damn and that no good bathroom patron known as "SHY" over me. Who do you think you are? Is SHY even a real name or is it a cover for yourself meaning you were to SHY to visit me the master Yachtman? Anyways your services may not be needed in the future as you opened up a space for someone we truly enjoy having as our compadre. In the future if you decide that you want to come visit with us please do so without making lame excuses. Shy? come on really?

With Sincere regards,

Sir master Yachtman and his friends Porter and Strip.

P.S. - And the nerve of you teasing me by coming this way via epcot and shacking up at the Crew's Cup is like pouring salt on the open wound you created on our already stressed relationship. I was pissing with excitement, like a little puppy dog when his master makes it home from work, only to be hit with the disappointment that you were not coming to see me. I am thinking about sending a little not welcome note to the CM's so we can get your account flagged for any future considerations you may have about me. If you can't tell I am pretty pissed about being treated like the step child in our relationship.

:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: This is clearly the best letter EVER written!!! Do you write professionally?? Perhaps you can help me re-write my letter to the Yachtsman, seeing as how it's not up to par?! I'm am dying with laughter!!! And you're right...maybe my name is Lusha after all!!! :rotfl:

Shocking! Standing up a good restaurant like that!

But nice to see you are working on your British lingo (chap - could have also used Bloke!)

Yes! I was hoping you were gonna chime in and give me a better word to use then chap! Bloke is a great one too!!!

Re: Greg/Craig.

Was the gentleman English? If so - it was probably Greg. As most places in England tend to prounouce Craig - Craaayyg. Not to rhyme with Greg.

If he was from elsewhere I cannot help you.

:lmao: Nope he was from New York I believe, but thanks for trying to help me out!!! I believe that alcohol also impairs your hearing! :lmao:

I knew going to "The Ditch" could quite possibly be the beginning of The Yachtsman's demise!

:rotfl2: "The Ditch"!!! Love it!!! :lmao:

I'm going to chime in here with another for your DH's shirt! Another LB native here. It's so weird, while we were in disney last year we met 1 other person from Cali over a grand total of 14 days.

Great reviews. I'm getting hungry, and I just ate...

:yay: Wow have lots of LB peeps on the Dis!!! :woohoo: Yeah, we didn't meet a single person from Cali at all!! The closest was Washington!

Absolutely loving your reviews. Everything looks so good! I also love that you decided to forego your ressie for an afternoon of drinking. Glad you guys had so much fun!

And we really did have a great time, which is why I'm not too upset about it!! It was fun, for once, to actually hang out with an actual couple! Here at home, we don't have many friends that are couples..the majority are all single so that kind of puts a damper on the whole 'hanging out' issue! Coming to WDW is the most PERFECT place to meet couples!

Sometimes you just have to throw caution to the wind and go with the flow......flowing drinks that is lol

:worship: Lol!! Yes! That was awesome!!! I think you should be one of my writers to lively up my Dining TR!

I wish you would've taken a pic of drunken you and DH! :rotfl:

Oh man, I have PLENTY of those! :rotfl2: Why in the world would I need another one???...well actually I don't have one from the World...DANGIT!!! I should have taken one! Next time tinkgurl!!!

Hey! We have a whole Long Beach thing going on here! I live there now, in Bluff Heights near 4th and Temple. Where in Central Cali are you now?

About 45 mins North of Bakersfield...the middle of nowhere pretty much!

As far as CA F&W it doesn't start for another month and a half. I'll be out there six out of the seven weekends that the festival takes place. Three of the weekends I'll be staying at the GCV, and the others we'll be out there for Winemaker or Brewmaster Dinners.

I'm hoping to make it to something this year! I've had an AP for 4 years and the only thing I've ever made it to was, believe it or not, a beer tasting! :lmao: It was fun though! Like I said i'm prob going down this weekend...gotta check out that Captain Eo!!:rotfl:

Too bad you missed the Yachtman, they have one heckofa Rib Eye steak. One of the best I've ever had, and the chocolate dessert that I had was to die for!

UGH, don't even TRY to lay the guilt trip on me!!! :rotfl2: I love Rib Eye too!! So now I know what i'm getting next time!

Love the report!! Where exactly is this place so I can have some of these????

Jakenjess is correct...it's really neat, small, but cool!

That would be Le Cava de Tequila in the Mexico pavilion. The margaritas are phenomenal!:thumbsup2

Omgosh! My Blood Orange Margarita was INSANO!! Very expensive but sooo good!

Sign ME up! It is vacation after all!

EXACTLY!!!! :lmao:

We too are going to F&WF so I doubt I need to go here, but......it is VACATION!!! We are also staying at CSR...our first time, hope we like it. Depending on our timing, we may see each other slumped over:lmao:

CSR is really nice, but the property is so huge! We asked for a Casitas building because we needed to be close to the Workout Center and the Laundry facilities, and we were also very close to bus stop #2...but we were pretty FAR away from the food court area, so make sure you look at a map of CSR and get a general idea of where you would ideally like to stay, and ask the front desk if anything is available! :thumbsup2 Have a great vacation!

Yes, this was definitely a CRAPPY installment guys, but i'm uploading all my pics for Chefs right now! So be on the look out...my reviews coming up!

Lol, sounds like you guys had a great time. Must check out that place, love love love margaritas :) Shame you missed Yachtmans though.

even though we can't spend the money for the drinks you enjoy, I would love to hear how much it costs you for a round of tequillas. I LOVE a tequilla shot!

Had some catching up to do! Your food pics for Flying Fish are spectacular! I was all set for Narcoossee's, but now I'm torn. Which would you pick?

And you and your DH are beyond adorable! The only little niblet that may give you comp:

Bonjour Lesha,

I am getting my violin out and will be playing the Jeopardy theme song for you, as well as, Waiting by John Mayer.

You know people have the tendency to think of bad things about the people that make them wait.

The audacity of you making us wait for out French food fix is well very frustrating and kinda distraughtful. I really need to know if you got the chance to pet Remy on his fuzzy navel. Please for the love of GOD tell me Remy didn't become part of your meal, I am hoping to see him on my trip next week and if I dont see him then I know why.

Don't make me bust my french out on you.

Uh-oh scared of you! :lmao: Please teach me some...not so nice words...haha I'm jk!!...or am I??? ;)

Great reviews. Shame you missed Yachtsman. :rotfl:

DON'T MAKE ME FEEL BAD!! I have finally convinced myself that it was perfectly acceptable to miss out on a fine ADR such as Yachtsman, then here comes jamjar making me feel like crapola! :rotfl2: Yeah really though, I'm not gonna miss out on it next time!

Lol, sounds like you guys had a great time. Must check out that place, love love love margaritas :) Shame you missed Yachtmans though.

If you love margaritas you'll die in this place! But really it's ridiculous expensive though, so just beware of that! :thumbsup2 But so much better then any ol' regular margarita!

even though we can't spend the money for the drinks you enjoy, I would love to hear how much it costs you for a round of tequillas. I LOVE a tequilla shot!

Well there are a few different flights of tequila you can get, and DH chose the one that was about $27 I believe...breaking it down to 9 bucks a shot ain't too bad right? You're not getting cuervo which is awesome! He loved them! On a separate visit, he got a shot that was $20..for just one shot... :scared1: but ya know, he liked it and he enjoyed himself, so why not let loose! We're in DisneyWorld!!!

So proud that the drama started in the UK :rotfl2:

Dang you people!! (shaking my fist)...what's with you people and your alcohol! Can I live there!!!?? :rotfl: I believe I would fit in quite nicely don't you think?? ;)

Had some catching up to do! Your food pics for Flying Fish are spectacular! I was all set for Narcoossee's, but now I'm torn. Which would you pick?

Ugh, why must you lay such a decision on me...and at 2pm in the afternoon on a Friday when I'm exhausted?? FLYING FISH!!! Wow that was way easier than I thought!! :lmao: You really won't be disappointed with Narcoossee's; it was fantastic!

And you and your DH are beyond adorable! The only little niblet that may give you comp:

Omgoodness!!! :lovestruc A-freaking-dorable!!!! :cutie:

Yeah, we're out of the race now! :lmao:

Bonjour Lesha,

I am getting my violin out and will be playing the Jeopardy theme song for you, as well as, Waiting by John Mayer.

Love me some Johnny!

You know people have the tendency to think of bad things about the people that make them wait.

This better not mean you?!?!

LOL!! You're just gonna have to wait longer!!! Or you can let me know when you get back from your trip!! You leave next week!! How excited are you?!?! :yay:

SLACKER STATUS right here guys! :rolleyes1 I know I'm sorry!!!!! Forgive me! :worship: But I have a good reason for not posting my Chefs installment though...I'm going to Disneyland in a few hours!!!! :woohoo: :yay: :dance3: Staying at the Grand Californian with my mom, brother, and his fiance...that's right....no DH...what am I to do without him...HAVE FUN I GUESS!!! :rotfl: Perhaps if you guys aren't too upset with me, I'll come back monday with some pics?!? Wish us luck...it's gonna be raining but I can deal with that...just as long as I'm over this cold that i've had for the past couple days  Maybe some drinking at Rainforest Cafe tonight will help cure that! :cloud9: Alright my friends I'm out! Catch ya later!!! :bride: --Princess Lesha (lusha according to bobble)

Oh have so much fun! You'll have to come back with some reviews of all the places you at at the Land, as well! I'd be excited to hear about those too :)

How fun, I love DL it is my favorite resort in the whole wide world. Have fun!!

Lesha,

Since you barbarously set your review readers aside so you could take a spur of the moment trip to DL I have decide to give my own review of Chef De France.

So here we go.

We arrived at Chef De France hungry and full of anticipation. We were hungry because we missed our previous meal at the Yachtmen because of our Tequelic adventures and our desire to get our drink on. We were full of anticipation because we wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal with the thought of seeing Remy the famous fur ball of a rat from the famous Disney Movie.

We order our plates, not sure what it was because I do not know the names because Lesha and her unwillingness to review the resturant before she cheated on us and left us out to dry because of her itch to get her Disney fix in at the California park.

When our namesless and tasteless meal was over I ask our waiter if we would get to see Remy. Our waiter went on to tell us that Remy is no longer with us because of a cute little couple, a girl named Lesha and her DH decide to skewer him and cook him using the table provided candles to enjoy some world famous Rat as an entree on their last visit to the World. So no Remy for my 2 yr old Daughter who was really looking forward to seeing Remy on our trip. So no Remy due to the carnivorous exploits of Lesha ended up making our trip incomplete. Our only hope for success on our trip is Nemo providing Lesha didn't get to him too.

We all really hope you had a great time at Disneyland. Our only hope is that you saved some for the rest of us.

I figured it out. has anyone ever told you that you looked like Aundrea from the girl group Danity Kane? Just saying.

I am loving every minute of your dining reviews!!! I wish the first pics (from p.1-La Cellier) were visable for me!! :confused3

Have fun at Disneyland. I am a DL baby, born and raised! My grandpa even retired from DL in the 70's. I also went to CSULB so add another LB peep to your list!!! Currently, I am temporarily residing in the mid-west (I have been here temporarily for 17 years tho so maybe I should get over it and accept the fact that I am no longer a CA girl :lmao: --NOT)!!

I can't wait until you return with more reviews! If you eat at the Napa Rose or the PCH Grill I would love to hear a review of those!! I am taking my daughter to CA this summer to visit family and we will be there for her 12th birthday. I am considering taking her out to one of these restaurants!

Hurry back!!! :woohoo:

This restaurant has grown increasingly popular lately I’ve noticed! And now I know why…

Alright, alright...reason #32 why I am doing the DxDDP when we go in 2012...Lesha, what in the H-E-double hockey sticks doing to me?? :thumbsup2

We always get the basic dining plan - and using 2 table service for yachtsman worked out great.

As for Yachtsman the service was excellent and we received personalized birthday menus for our daughter with her name and her birthday age on the top of the menu, a great little keepsake. (We had booked the ADR on-line and noted that we were celebrating her birthday on the trip and that is where they must have got the information for the memu). The meal was great and some friends of ours staying at the Yachtsman (we were staying at BLT) where able to bring 2 bottles of wine from them room - as Disney will allow you to bring own wine (for a reasonable corkage fee) - better than there wine list prices. And the meals were awesome all were happy with them and the 5 children each had the "puzzle" dessert that they loved decorating and some even ate some of it.

It is now going to be a definite must on next trip when we go back for the Podcast Cruise 2.0.

A definite 10 for us.:yay:
