My daughter and her boyfriend were on their way to Disneyland tonight when her boyfriend realized he misplaced their annual passes. Can anybody help me with how we can remedy this? Thank you so much!

Thank you! They don't have pics or anything of the APs. Will Disney just look them up?

What Jamie said is correct. If you lost your AP, you pay a $20 fee to replace the card. Once he gets the new card, the old one that he misplaced will be deactivated.

You go to Guests Relations/Ticket Booth and tell the CM's about the lost card. They will need a license to see if they are in the system so he can get a new one..

Thanks Bret. Poor kids were on the way and Braden realized he didn't have them. :(

Your welcome. I know how they would feel where I have done it in the past but that is when my AP was up for renewal.

They might get lucky. I lost my annual pass (AP) at Knotts, and Disneyland replaced it for free. My daughter's (Kelly) wallet was stolen with her AP in it, and they replaced it for free, too.

If they have a smart phone have them download the new Disneyland app. When you log in with your info your AP will be there. Thats if you have gone online and registered your AP. It won't work for fast passes and discounts but it will get you into the parks.

They will also have the option of getting a 1-day temporary replacement pass for free if they think they're likely to find their passes at home later.
I did that last year when I lost my pass...I ended up having to pay the $20 the next time because I never did find my pass. Either way, with ID, they'll be fine, just go to the ticket booths and explain what happened.

Our son lost his ap on our last trip. We got to the gates and he didn't have it. My dh took him back to the hotel and couldn't find it and in the mean time I went to the lost and found and they actually issued us a 3 day hopper. We had 2 official days left but a thrid morning when we weren't sure if we were coming in or not so they just gave him the 3 days 'just in case'. Super nice of them. The pass ended up being in the laundry . . . husband had my son look there and he missed it. I was very thankful they had offered the temporary because I was just going to pay the $20.

Make sure you scan your APs into the new app so you can use your phone to get in! Great way to back up your card!

So lucky. (not your daughter, who had to deal with something being stolen, but you)

you've heard the story before from me; DH lost his and DS's APs because the Disneyland-purchased lanyard pouch broke from the Disneyland-purchased lanyard, while on a Disney ride (Screamin'), and it had to have fallen on the ride property, but the CMs never found it, and we got to buy replacement APs. (they gave them the one-day passes b/c it was the evening before our last day of the trip, and we gave them 3 months to find the APs and get them to lost and found, but they were never found)

Which I just think is all kinds of wrong.
