Ugh . . found cheaper airfare

I am so mad, I booked my airfare right before Christmas through Orbitz (it was the cheapest I could find at the time). Now I happened to be surfing and just thought I'd check independence air (their prices weren't out for April when I was going ) and I could have saved $251 by using them and just waiting. I was so mad I couldn't keep it inside, I had to tell my husband - now he's sick too! UGH! Thanks for the vent!

As long as you did not book USAIRWAYS I would not be to upset. By April I-AIR may be in Chapter 11 or may no longer service your area.

The same thing just happened to me. Did you try to call them - Delta issued me a credit voucher (after charging the $25 change fee). The voucher is good for one year. Good Luck.
