Our offer for an OKW property was accepted today. Our broker says our contract documents will arrive (by email) in 5-7 days. Is this typical? It seems long to me.

It depends on the broker and on how busy they are. I typically received mine in 24 hours but I know some brokers take longer and it is a busy time just now. Buying resale takes time you have to be patient

Yup that is a long time. I got mine the next business day.

Just sit back and relax. :goodvibes

You will have a 60 to 75 day wait on average until you can make a reservation.

We had 2 offers accepted this week and were told to expect the contracts via email in 5-6 business days.

Sold through TSS in March and we had the contract the day we accepted the offer. Bought 2 contracts through Fidelity (one taken by Disney) and both took almost a week before we had a contract!

We have dealt with 2 resale companies (TSS & DVCbyResale) & had our contract same day in each case.

Have bought resale 3 times and am in ROFR on a 4th now (none with Fidelity)...and EVERY contract was in my e-mail w/in 24 hours of offer being accepted and went to ROFR w/in a couple days of offer being accepted.

I called the Timeshare Store and offered the listed price at 5:15 pm on a Sunday. I received the contract by e-mail within an hour.

I used TSS and I offered late one day and had my documents by email early the next day.

Update on our contracts : offers accepted by sellers on May 8 received contracts via email from from broker on May 17.
