Can you get to TL from DTD, TTC, the parks, or just from the resorts? I see different websites who suggest routes and they do not agree, and the disney site only showed resorts.

Yes, I believe the resort buses going to DTD go to TL. I don't think so from the parks or TTC

In the morning (up to 11 a.m.), only from the resorts.

After 11 a.m., you can also get there from DTD.

That's because in the morning buses stop at TL before DTD; while in the p.m. they stop at DTD and then TL.

Of course, you can always take a bus or monorail to any resort, and transfer to the TL bus there. Buses leaving the parks or DTD in the a.m. are almost always going to a nearby resort to pick up guests, and since you're not trying to get to a specific resort, any bus to any resort would do.
