two trips in one year...crazy???

Never crazy!! I'm trying to book a trip right now for my DD's birthday in July, but I can't find a deal!! Crazy, deal...Disney in the same sentence....I wish I had a discount pin to use right now....anyone know if you can get one, without one being sent to you????
We've done trips close before too....Feb 2007, Oct.2007, Sept.2008= 3 trips in 19months....

If anyone can send me a link for a discount that would be great

We don't think it's crazy at all, but we love to vacation, especially to WDW.

not crazy at all ,my wife and i somtimes like going more than our 2 kids.
we have done the ap before with june and cristmas in 05 and june 06.
we did a 3day in july last year and a7 day at new years.we are also going back in june 09.
did you get your deals.

By now you know you are not crazy, but I thought the same of myself. Started making plans in summer 2008 for week after Thanksgiving 2009, just recvd 40% off pin so now we are going first week of June as well. But wait....figured we would get AP's so why not go again in May 2010. 3 times in 11 months......by then I will either really need a WDW break or will start planning next trip We are all a little crazy...DisCrazy that is!!

We just got back from our second trip last week and I would love to plan another for Nov. What are the pins/discounts several people are referring to? Forgive my ignorance, but I am still new at all this. I have heard of Bounce Back offers as well. Where/when do you get those? Also, how do you know when free dining will be? Someone posted earlier that they were planning a fall visit during free dining.

Please help me figure a way to plan another trip this year!

I am glad I found this thread because I am thinking the same thing. We went last June, went this past Xmas and since we bought AP's, I am thinking about driving down for spring break!!! How crazy is that?!? This winter has been especially rough on me this year, I need some sun!!! Warm sun that is!! But I keep trying to talk myself out of it, because we were just there. My DH keeps saying we should go because we have AP's. But I feel like I am spending money to save money - if that makes any sense!! Those darn AP's!!!

Lol that is so funny, i was thinking the same thing..if people will think we r nuts..we just went in June of 08 and r going back in March 21-28, 09..just couldn't pass up that good deal...

ME TOO!!!! We went in June of '08 and just got back from our January trip last week!

First thing when we got back I opened my e-mail and guess what was there - a $500 pin code from Disney for another trip this year. I had to delete it real quick to keep from considering it. It's hard to pass up a good deal.

I wouldn't worry about what family says, I would do what is best for you and your children. I have family in Florida who don't understand how we can go to WDW but not see them unless they come to WDW. Who wants to leave the World once they are there?

Ok...so I just got a pin for 40% off a wdw trip in December. We are going to wdw in March- can't wait!! - but are now seriously considering going in late November/early December for a 6 night stay as well...are we nuts?!?!?!?!?!?!

We went in 12/07, found a great code for 5/08, and couldn't possibly pass up the free dining pin code available for 10/08. And did I mention I'm already campaigning for another trip (or 2) in 2009? If you're nuts, you're in good company.

I just know we will get lots of negative comments from family if we do this...our decisions to go in March I think already upset some family and I don't want to hurt anyone, but it is such a good deal and we just really love the trip as a family...plus did I mention it is a great deal?!

My family also thinks we're nuts. Apparently in my family it's much more acceptable to spends thousands per year on Pottery Barn accessories and expensive designer clothing for children under 6 who will wear said items for about 4 months than on several WDW vacations.
People make different choices about how to spend their time and money...I remind them that I don't tell them what to do with theirs, so they shouldn't worry about mine.

It's almost a rule around here on the DIS - NEVER EVER let a good deal/code/pin go to waste!!

If going twice in one yr is crazy than I am insane in 06 we went three times in 08 we went twice and I am currently planning our next trip and hoping for another after that.
