Two CS = 1 TS?

That's my question... I know you can trade down, but can you trade up, using 2 counter service credits as one table service? And if so, does anyone know if you can do that with the new Quick Service Dining Plan for 2009?

You cannot trade up on the plan, only down. I have never heard of anyone being able to trade up in any circumstances.

Trading CS credits for TS has never been permitted on the dining plan.
