We'll be in MK on 12/21 too (I think). My ADR day is next week and I'm feeling quite tense! As many trips as I've done, I've never not had a TA helping me and this one I'm all on my own!!

Everything looks great! I am excited to go in the beginning of December...but there is nothing like being there actually on Christmas day!!!!! We were there over the holiday in 2006 and it was rainy on Christmas day, but we still went to Epcot and it was not crowded AT ALL!!!! So, I'm not wishing rain on you, but hopefully you have some luck with those MK crowds that day!!!

Hey, thanks!! Yes, it should be fun! I can't wait... I will have to get there very early, though... park opens at 8am, and I suspect arriving at 7am will be in order... but it will be fun!!!

THANK YOU! Kids get up at the crack of dawn on Christmas morning so I will take advantage of that! It will be fun to have hot chocolate while we wait for the park to open!

Oh you will be fine! I hate hate ADR day. Well, I love AND hate it. It is just like you called it, it can really make you anxious!!!

I just have one question....how in the world will you get your two little ones out the door and to the MK rope drop on Christmas morning. My little ones take "forever" to open their presents Christmas morning....they open one and then have to play with it or check it all out....LOL. Just curious!! Hahahaah

You know this is what I am most excited about, too!!! I really am. It should be great fun! I love themes and decorations, and lights, and, and, and!!! I am going to be speechless I am sure!

Oh yes, I know what that is like... I don't have any other plan except there won't be many "gifts" under the tree this year, since the trip is the big gift! BUT that is where the stockings come in, I will fill those of course, but I don't know that we will open many gifts otherwise... gifts from other family members will stay at home! Oh they will get up if I tell them what is in store... I think I will be able to lure or prod but hopefull not drag them out! I am not going to haul a lot of packages from MD to FL and back!

I don't doubt it I have been practicing with my fall trip ADRs, alas, not much luck, we have had slim pickings but I am not complaining, we scored a few good ones!!!

Well, DESPITE WHAT MY TICKER TIME IS SAYING AT THIS EXACT MOMENT...

TODAY marks SEVEN days until DISNEY


On a beautiful fall day here in MD, I have great plans...

1. FALL FLOWERS! Everyone loves fall flowers, and I have my plan for them today... The HD is scooting over to the local HD for mums, pansies and mulch! (that is code for HappyDog is heading to Home Depot for flowers and that brown stuff you throw around bushes)

2. TSHIRTS! I am going to make my DISNEY MNSSHP shirts today!

3. MNSSHP Invitation for DS 4 & 7 -- I crafted an invite for my guys and I will take a picture for you!

4. LAUNDRY and PACKING! Gotta get these suitcases packed in advance!

5. Pedicure/Manicure -- tomorrow DH is taking DS's to see "Dinosaurs Live" at the Verizon center in DC, sooooooooooo I will have a little time to sneak off and get this done!

6. MORE planning for my Christmas TRIP! I have to be ready for Monday's ADR day!!!

This weekend will include some photos of course, so be on the look out!

I just have to say that at this time next week, (I am going to borrow a little Christine 2xcited2sleep's fun here...) WE will be in the final 30 minutes of our flight into Orlando, soon to be boarding the ME and headed for our first stay at CBR!!!
