Tuskar House - CS or TS?

Can anyone please give me a definitive answer on whether or not Tuskar House is CS or TS? Allears has it listed as CS, but that doesn't make sense that a character breakfast and buffet would be a CS. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Tusker House was converted last November from a CS to a TS buffet. That site needs to be updated.

Its a buffet and YUMMY. We had breakfast there and it was one of our dining highlights! Its a definate MUST!
