My first Turkey Tip. Remember the Rules of the kitchen. They will never let you down.

The second one… all day, every day.
 
Y’all… my turkey turned out great!

I ended up doing a dry brine starting about a full day before. Then today I stuffed it with aromatics, covered the bird with melted butter and herbs, covered in foil and baked for 3 hours at 350. Uncovered and browned the skin for about 20 mins.

It. Was. Perfect.

So juicy that even with a carving board with a deep groove all around the turkey got juice all over my counter. I rested it for 45 mins before carving.

I finally made a turkey that didn’t turn out horribly. It’s a Thanksgiving miracle!
