I'm looking for information from those of you who have rented time through a TUG member. Any problems? Is there certain paper work to do? Thanks, Dave

You might get more responses if you post your question on the TUG boards. I am a TUG member and I have rented out my week and also I have rented a week from another TUG member. It worked out great for us.

Very honest group of people. I belong as well. Some will have a rental agreement for you.

We've had no trouble with renting out time and with doing direct exchanges with other owners. However, anyone may post an ad in the TUG classifieds. Consider requesting referrals or even character references from other TUG members if this is their first effort.

Any kind of individual rental or direct exchange requires a measure of trust. Contracts and the above can help. No guarantees but as I said, it's worked okay for us.
