TTDP and dinner reservations

I have a TTDP reservation on a night when the show is supposed to start at 10. We wanted to catch an early dinner, but I can't make reservations because the TTDP reservation shows up in the system for 6. Any thoughts besides just eating somewhere without a reservation?

Just so you know the dessert party is AYCE. We always have a late lunch on dp days because a heavy meal before it is a waste of belly space.

But only desserts are served, right? We have a 4 yo and I want her to eat something else for dinner before dessert time.

Yep just desserts and drinks. They did have tasty Animal Kingdom juice though. We usually have a snack at 7 before too.

You'll need to call in to make a dinner reservation. The phone agents can allow overlapping times.
