i used to believe that tiffany was the better ride, but not anymore - recently (june 23-29) my son & i were "stood up" at the airport by tiffany - now, i called to confirm our pick-up with them just the day before, and i have used them twice in the past 2 years, so i never expected what happened next - we're waiting at the baggage carousel, but no one was there to meet us - called tiffany, got a "recording" about "how much they appreciate our business, please leave a number & we'll get back to you at our earliest conveniece" - right: there i am at the baggage carousel & i'm going to leave a message??? we waited 1/2 hour - no "ronnie" to meet us - called again - same "recording" message - waited long enough, took mears to ASMO - left another messge - no one got back to us the entire week we were there - upon check-out, no "ronnie", no tiffany towncar - took mears again to the airport - sorry, but this lack of professionalism in not contacting me, responding to my messages, the "no-show" experience has convinced me happy limo is the company we're going with this coming october, when we return - in the past, tiffany was always on-time & responsible - it seems that things must have changed within their organization - i don't appreciate being forgotten at the airport & not having anyone contact me at the ASMO with an explanation or apology - i'm not taking another chance with tiffany - sorry, but it's going to be happy limo next time for us
