Tshirts for party favors, ideas???

My DS4 is having a zoo party this year and I am going with the theme Madagascar. I thought that tshirts to give out as party favors would be so cute BUT where could I buy a bulk lot of iron on transfers? My local craft store has the tshirts for $2.50 each but I cannot find the iron on transfers anywhere. I don't need personalization or anything, just the Madagascar animals.
I tried Ebay, but each one is $3.00!!
I guess I may be out of luck, just hoping a fellow diser would have ideas
I am always trying to think of practical things to give to the kids, rather than spend tons of money on junk that gets thrown away!
I am having about 20 kids so that is why I am trying so hard to keep costs to the minimum!!!
I didn't buy the shirts yet anyway, maybe there is somewhere online that has character shirts cheap?

Can you just buy the transfer paper for your printer, and print something off of your computer? I really like this idea - I don't like goody bags!

I second the iron-on transfer from your printers. That way you can really customize them to your liking.

The transfer paper itself is expensive. You can buy it at Staples or craft stores, or here is a DISigner who sells them at a good price:
