Tschoup Chop Question

My DBF and I have reservations at Tschoup Chop at 11:00 pm, after the fireworks on 4th of July. We won't have time to change clothes before eating. My question is this...I know that tank tops aren't acceptable to wear, but will just plain clean shorts with a decent t-shirt be okay?

It is a pretty nice restaurant though, even though it's in a theme park locale.

For the benefit of other diners who do dress for the occasion you might put on your nicest park clothes that day. Would a collared shirt be that much difference than a T-shirt? I know how my tshirts look by the end of a park day. Maybe just puttin some nicer duds in a locker that morning would be another way to go?
