Trying to make PS today...long wait!

Must be because of the hurricane and stuff. I was on hold for an hour and had to give up. Hopefully I'll have better luck later on. Anyone else get through today?

I got through this morning about 10:00, waited about 15 minutes, and then when someone answered, I hung up on them accidentally! I called back, waited about another 15 minutes before someone answered, and they were very helpful! I am making PS late for last-minute trip, and they were very accommodating. However, there was a prompt for people who live in the Orlando area (I don't) OR who needed reservations in the next seven days (I do), so maybe that is why I didn't wait as long. I felt bad "bothering" them since they are so busy, but was mostly pleased with what I got. Keep trying!

Definitely long hold times! I was on hold for 30 min and then I couldn't get what I was looking for

It's currently 90 days from Christmas weekend. That and the hurricane no doubt combined to make for longer waits.

I had a bizarre CM today, lol. I called about 7:50 (trying to miss the CRT rush) and was on hold maybe 15-20 minutes. The CM answered, "Hello?" to which I replied, "Is this Disney dining?" and then she said, "Oh, Disney dining how can I assist you today?". She then proceeded to put me on hold no less than 6 times after each question she asked. I thought I was going to be disconnected. Finally, I got the dinner at Crystal Palace that I was seeking but it took 15-20 of holding and then another 20 minutes of stilted conversation. Very odd.

m&m - Give a call back. I waited until this afternoon and was only on hold for about 5 min. They do seem a bit out of sorts today, though.

I tried calling twice for our Xmas week plans and was disconnected. So I'm trying it with the "1 +1" prompt. So far I've been on hold a lot longer than the first two times. Hopefully, I'll get through.
