Trying To Decide . . .Room Only vs. Package . . .HELP!

I've been out of the loop for the past 3 visits . . .our AP's will expire 5/28.

DH and I are taking both DD and DS in November and I can't decide whether just to book our room or book a package with park hoppers and QS dining.

Generally, when discounts come out, if they come out, they are basically for Room Only, correct? So if I booked a package, I wouldn't be able to get the Room Only discount? Or would I?

Geeze for being a member on the DIS since 2000 I have a horrible memory . .

We have found some great deals on packages! We love arriving and having our dining and tickets on the card pre-paid! Everytime we gather up a couple hundred dollars we just call it in and apply it to our package.

Sometimes PINs are discounts on rooms. But trust me, they'll generally be very happy to book a package with tickets at the discounted room rates. No worries.

Sometimes PINs are for adult tickets at kids prices in a package with a room.

And so on..
