Trouble with Online Reservations Today

:confused:I was making some new dining reservations today using the online system and when I went to view my list of dining reservations to see the ones I had made previously, they did not show up. I about had a heart attack, thinking the system lost all my reservations. Luckily when I typed the confirmation numbers in, they showed up, but now I can't see all my reservations in one single list without going to all the trouble of re-typing them in.
The system seems to only be remembering the reservations I make during one session, even earlier ones I made today before closing my browser window did not show up when I went back in to look for other resrvations.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think it is just a temporary glitch? I emailed Disney, but was wondering if this happened to anyone else (indicating maybe a temporary system glitch), or if it was just me having this issue.

The system doesn't seem to recognize the ones I made when I was able to tie my dining plan to the reservation using my confirmation number. I made a reservation on the new system yesterday, but was only logged in to my profile. I couldn't find a place to enter my resort confirmation number. Anyway, that reservation is the only one that shows up on my profile page. It's so annoying, but for me that's the trick :confused3.
 
No promblem here, I have been rearranging my ADR's and then I can see all the ones I have previously made a few weeks ago. Did you log in?
 
I do not currently have them tied to my resort confimation, but I did log in using my profile that I have made all these reservations under.

Boy, I am really worried now, hopefully Disney can fix it for me. I have 10 days worth of B ,L , and D reservations and don't want to have to go back and look up each individually.
 

I have the same problem it only shows the ressies that I made during the last session. Mine actually says on the page that they are working on the system and that all previous ressies may not show up but that they are still in the system (or something along those general lines) so I have not worried about it I figure they are still in the system just not showing up all at once, No big deal.
 
The system is not working properly today. It continues to return a server error when trying to make any new reservations. You could call WDW Dine and ask them to confirm them for you. If you received a confirmation in the email, they are there. If you did not reiceve one, I might be concerned.

Worked fine for me today, I even started a thread about it.;)
 
Not working for me either. I thought it was my computer at first. I'll try again later.
 
No problems here.... I used my user name for the Disney site and it pulled up all of my ressies just fine. I would call dining and have them check with your confirmation numbers...:)
 
They all show up for me but I decided to print my list since I had revised it a few times since last printing and this time what should have taken only 3 pages max took 7 pages because the format for the print out was different from what showed on the screen!
 
My dining reservations are also not showing up, but I have a guess at what the problem is in my case.

We're doing a multi-family trip, and I was logged into "Account A", the one that holds both trip/package reservations, when I made the dining reservations. But in the email address to notify field when making each dining reservation I provided the email account of "Account B". This was so the other family could keep track of the reservations as well, and I foolishly assumed they would stay tied to "Account A".

The reservations persisted and showed up in the "My Reservations" list throughout the browser session, but now after closing the browser and logging back into "Account A" they don't show up. They can still be pulled up ok using the manual method, but aren't automatically linked to the login anymore.

I did some testing and the behavior is consist. Dining reservation when I leave the email address as default show up across login/browser sessions. But ones where I change the email address on the dining reservation don't ever show up again.

Guess I'll be the one manually keeping track of them unless I want to recreate them all!:scared1:
 
I was able to make online reservations this morning. I did it at 6AM. I was going to call, but then decided to try online. This was my first time doing it online. I entered in my resort reservation number. On the Disney website it lists out my dining reservations under my vacation planner and I received e-mail confirmation for each of them.
 
Ugh! I cannot get my online reservations made. This is so frustrating. This whole trip planning stuff is frustrating. I have to make my ressies one day at a time because we don't have our package booked because we're going in Jan. 2011 and the prices aren't out yet. Yes, I know I can book different dates and then cancel but that seems like an even bigger hassle/frustration. So I also don't get the 180+10 window and I'm on pins and needles wondering if I'll get CRT for the day I want. And, yes, I know I can also call but I had decided on doing it online. I guess what I'm really frustrated with is all the timing/windows, waiting, wondering, spending hours online, etc. It's our first Disney trip so I guess I'm not feeling the magic and I didn't realize it would be such an issue to book things. :headache

Okay... vent over. :upsidedow

ETA: I just tried to make reservations at another restaurant and it's working just fine... so apparently CRT online dining is having the issue (and maybe others as well).
 
I see availability for several reservations I would like to make, however I keep getting the 500 Internal Server Error when trying to make them. I am a little more than 180 days out, so while I could make them online, I cannot make them over the phone.
 
I could not get reservations online - after I put credit card info and everything in, I'd get a message saying server couldn't do it. I called to make reservations and make sure that the one I'd done hadn't gone through. I was told that they are upgrading the online system but that it seems to have caused quite a few glitches lately.....as you all might have noticed!
 
I did finally get mine made, a couple of hours after I posted here. I got CRT for the date and time I wanted as well as Hollywood & Vine (Handy Manny) for the date and time I wanted as well as email confirmations for both. :woohoo: I haven't made any others yet because we're not too picky about where we eat and don't have our hearts set on anything but the above character meals. I'll wait until I book our package in August.
