Trouble With Magicbands

So we have 6 days left to choose magicbands and I picked my right after we made our reservations months ago. The other day I went to see when they were going to be shipped and it didn’t have my magicband being chosen so I tried again and it won’t let me. I just get in a loop of pick color, pick what you want to say, hit complete, or you didn’t write what you wanted to say.....repeat. The weird thing is my husband then gets an email to him, which is always to me, that his magicband has shipped but nothing about mine. So wondering if anyone else is having trouble before I sit down for an hour long phone call to them.
