Trouble with LaughingPlaceStore - Anyone Else?

I'm having trouble getting through to the laughingplacestore. I placed an order with them for just a few small things at the beginning of February. I haven't received my order and I haven't received any email or a call back after placing numerous calls to them so far? I also sent an email to their customer service. Should I be worried?

I am a bit worried too! I ordered something on Jan 29th. I have emailed them twice and not too happy about what is going on!
The least they could do is email us and tell us they have not shipped yet.
Plus, it would be nice to have a date when we will get our stuff!

Let me know if you hear anything, I will do the same.

I will definitely keep in touch. I'll be calling my Visa card soon for a refund if I don't hear anything!

I was thinking they may not have my item in stock and would wait until the end of the week and try to contact them again.
We'll see how this works out.

BTW, I was going to order this cute key chain from them about 8 months ago.
I contacted Disney mail order, and got it for less than the Laughing Place.
So, we will see how this transaction pans out.....

I have used laughing place plenty of times, and never have had any problems. However it is worth pointing out it can take 2 weeks plus for items to ship, sometimes longer if they are having trouble finding the item in the parks. I am pretty sure I get an email when things have finally shipped, I know that I got an email to say some items they couldn't find, but would keep looking. Those items came a week or so later. I've always had an email reply in a day or two, and I'm pretty sure I've called them without any problem before too.

Personally I wouldn't worry, they do take a long time to ship. They usually don't have the items in stock, and have to go to WDW itself to buy them. It does say something to that effect on their website.

Just wanted to let the OP know that I just got an email from The Laughing Place. They said my item will be shipped tomorrow and they were sorry for the delay.
Hope you get an email soon, too!
