Trouble signing into Sunshine Rewards?

Anyone else having trouble signing into Sunshine Rewards? I haven't been able to sign in for a few days now. I either tells me I have a bad password , or when I try to resend the password, its says the account has not been activated.
Is there an email where I can contact them , or does everyone have the same problem?

you can also try the forum.

This isn't working... it won't let me put the name of the site in the email address...

help @ nameofsite . com is what it should be...
