Trouble looking up itinerary on Airtran.com

Is anyone else having trouble looking up their itinerary on Airtran.com? I am trying to verify the time of my flight, and my seating arrangements, but I keep getting an error message every time I try to look up the itinerary. I booked the flights through Disney and not directly through Airtran, but I have the confirmation number and I have already booked my seats through Airtran.com. I am not sure if this is just a website issue and I should wait a few days and try again, or if I should call Airtran to see what is going on. My flight isn't until September, so I have some time to deal with it, but I am just curious if anyone else if having problems too.

just wait until tomorrow and look again. I had this happen on airtran.com when they were doing some upgrades.

Your flight is so far out that it isn't a pressing issue.

I booked our flights last night and I got a screen with errors when I was waiting for the confirmation. I got the email, but I have not been able to pull up our reservation on the website yet. I'm hoping it is just a website issue!!

I did as well (the last 1-2 days), and was very concerned because we fly out tomorrow morning! I called to confirm my time (since they sometimes change), and everything was fine on the reservation. She said they had no reports of website errors (though now I see I'm not alone!).

This morning when I went to check in I still couldn't pull it up via the itinerary or bookings pages, but when I went to the check-in tab (using the site ebyepass.airtran vs tickets.airtran, or something similar) everything went fine. If you need info, they're really great at the 1800 number, otherwise hopefully they're aware now that there really is a web issue!
