Anyone reasonable would have already understood that coming into today. That does not mean there's no value to be found in monitoring wait times though because patterns can emerge. Personally I'm watching it because we go down there next week so this specific data actually is useful to me.wait time have been very low the last couple of days. This looks like one of the lightest week crowdwise so I don't think today tells us much.
No.Was it open for Early Entry?
You can't just pick a random time during the day and be like look they didn't need a VQ. Flight of Passage had a 20 minute wait yesterday in the afternoon, what does that really mean other than if your at the park then jump in line(assuming the ride isn't down). Slinky was a 30 minute wait yesterday early afternoon which is crazy. All that's telling me that was the park(s) were pretty dead yesterday and if you went you got on a lot of rides. The posted wait time for Tron is now shorter than Big Thunder, 7D and Peter Pan. I'm starting to wonder if it ever really needed a virtual queue to begin with.
so annoying and doesn't really make sense to me. why not include the highest demand attraction in the park during early morning hours? seems like a cynical move to jack up LLSP sales. It's 8:50AM and Tron is not showing as open. It is not intended to be included in ETPE to the best of my knowledge.
Yes, the jump to a 95 minute posted wait was anticipated as part of Disney’s standard pre-close operating procedures.Tron's avg wait time was 60+ all day then and at park close it was a 95min wait.
Exactly!so annoying and doesn't really make sense to me. why not include the highest demand attraction in the park during early morning hours? seems like a cynical move to jack up LLSP sales.
I guess what we may be learning is that it's really not as highly in demand as we thought it might be. Current wait time at 10:07AM, day 2 of standby queue is only 30 mins and TP anticipates it's currently an actual wait of around 15 mins!so annoying and doesn't really make sense to me. why not include the highest demand attraction in the park during early morning hours? seems like a cynical move to jack up LLSP sales.
idk, it's a party night tuesday in september, probably one of the 15 slowest days of the year at MK. but it probably helps that tron is a quick, fast-loading, and generally reliable attraction.I guess what we may be learning is that it's really not as highly in demand as we thought it might be. Probably easing it in to avoid ropedrop chaos to start and see how things go, I'd guess it eventually opens up early. Standby wait is 30 min now, I know it's not going to be as busy as other times but the waits so far feel like it's not really worth paying for ILL right now unless you REALLY can't wait on line. Certainly not a situation like Rise where you have to grapple with the potential of standing for two hours.so annoying and doesn't really make sense to me. why not include the highest demand attraction in the park during early morning hours? seems like a cynical move to jack up LLSP sales.
We like to wait until later in the evening for Rise. Our longest wait using this strategy has been 20 minutes in both Florida and California locations. This has been the case since shortly after Rise went from VQ to standby.Probably easing it in to avoid ropedrop chaos to start and see how things go, I'd guess it eventually opens up early.
