I'm just curious what everyone's opinion is about the scathing Tripadvisor reviews Disney has been getting over the last few months.

Do you agree/disagree?

Most of it seems to be about the masks. I personally never experienced any rudeness from cast members about masks. I've always just walked to the side, stopped and taken water sips, and cast members never said anything to me about it.

I just wanted to see what your thoughts were on it.

Don't believe/trust them at all. First people are more likely to post a review if they are unhappy. two, I think a lot are simply anti-maskers who never actually went to WDW.

I’ve been twice since the mask mandates - I never saw CMs be rude when trying to get guests to comply with the rules.

I put less weight into a trip advisor review than I do amazon and that's very little. I will look at them as some places will respond and I find that more useful than just reading reviews. And if it's all about masks then it's not really reviewing wdw imo. Person prob wouldn't be happy anywhere if masks are their complaint.
