So my friend and i came down for our university's spring break. At the park from 3/15-3/17. I'll give a report of the days so far and update it after tomorrow.

So came in the 14th, started at the parks on the 15th. Staying off-site so no early access. We did however splurge for the VIP tickets. I know that in the past i have been crazy about doing some rides over and over *cough* MIB *cough*. We came down specifically for WWOHP, both being HP fans.

14th:

We showed up at 8:30am walked the long way around for HP since we didn't have early access. Got there, was just about how we expected it. FJ posted a 75 minute wait, we went in line took just about that, lots of fun good ride. We had done that first since it was the only one that we couldn't EP. As a note, if you don't have a bag to check sometimes you can get through faster cause you skip the bag check line (we were in this category). Next we did flight of the hippogriff, which was nice and calm. With EP maybe 5-10 minutes. Next we went to Dragon Challenge, waited no more than 5 minutes rode the blue side. After that we decided to come back to WWOHP that night to do shopping and such rather than carry stuff around. Next stop was Jurassic Park. We did the river adventure (5 min wait) which was awesome! Following the water ride trend we hit Bluto's (walk on) which you get ABSOLUTELY SOAKED on. After that we decided that we would head over to the studios side. Hit ET (5 mins) then the Simpson's (10 mins). Then on to my favorite MIB (max 10 mins), which we did several times. Top score of the day 560,000. Then we hit Jaws (5 mins), Twister (5 mins), and disaster (5 mins). After we saw that MIB was down for a few minutes we decided to head back to IOA and WWOHP, which was at about 6pm. We looked in honeydukes first, then got in line for ollivanders. The line took about an hour, we went in and a girl in the back was chosen, nice but i really wanted to be chosen >.>. After that bought stuff at honeydukes, had butterbeer, then it was just about closing.

15th:
Started out at WWOHP again. Did FJ single rider (5 mins) at about 9:15. Then did FOTH (10 mins) again, love that ride. Next we did Poseidon's fury (15 mins), which was an awesome show. After that we did the Jurassic park river adventure again (10 mins), followed once again by Bluto's (5 mins). After that we headed back to do MIB after lunch. Did MIB 3 times in a row (5mins). Then we did another go at jaws and disaster (both 5 min). Followed by another 4 rounds of MIB (10 mins max). Top score this time 773,425....trying to max out tomorrow. After a quick snack we wandered back over to IOA. Picked up my ravenclaw t-shirt and scarf then headed back to WWOHP. Decided to do Ollivanders again...it was another hour wait. I know you are all thinking im crazy, but i really wanted to try to get chosen again. We went in, me wearing all my ravenclaw gear. I was expecting to get passed over again, but much to my surprise, he looked right at me and chose me for the show. I was so super excited that it was rediculous (college student...thought it would be a kid). I got to have my reed wand choose me, with a dragon heart string cord. After being super excited we decided to call it a night.

Tomorrow we are going to do a tour of the castle and do our favorite rides several more times *cough* MIB *cough*. Update to come later

Okay thanks, forgot there was one.

Today's update:
17th:
Started at USF today. Went straight for MIB since we wanted to do that a few, or 20 times. We were basically some of the only ones there for 2 hours. During that time I got 999,999 as a score. THen we did jaws and disaster again. After that back to IOA to do Bluto's and River Adventure. Wandered into hogsmead. Did the castle tour and rode FOTH again. Finally went back to MIB to wrap things up. Overall fantastic time! If anything else comes to mind ill write them later.

So happy for you, that you got picked for the wand ceremony, that's awesome. Thanks for the report, we are going in June, and will have FOTL passes and was curious how long the wait would be. So MIB is fun, you like that ride :rotfl: It will be our first time to Universal and we are very excited. Thanks for sharing.:flower3:

Thanks for your report. I appreciate that you posted wait times to give an idea of what you experienced throughout the day.

Congrats on being picked for the wand ceremony. So cool!

Now I'm looking forward to truing out MIB! Once or twice

Glad i could be of help. Being picked for the wand ceremony was almost like a lifetime accomplishment. To increase chances of being chosen, i would suggest wearing hp gear. MIB is super amazing. It was my favorite ride when i was younger, and i have always enjoyed lasertag like things. With the FOTL passes, you can do things like MIB many times easily if you enjoy it.
