We will be going from April 23rd-26th for a short trip. We are using the recent code that got us free hopping and options. So, I'm traveling with an almost 4 year old, an 18 month old, DM 62, DH and Myself. I'm thinking we will go to Either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach on Sunday the 23rd. It will probably only be for 3 hours (maybe a little more) or so until closing at 6. Since we are getting that option for free. We are driving from Savannah, GA. We could then get dinner and put the kids (and Mom :lmao: ) in bed and then go check out DTD or crash ourselves.
AM EMH is at AK on Monday, so we'll start there and depending on crowds, we may stay till lunch or hop on over somewhere else. After lunch, we'll go back to the room for a couple hours for a nap, then to MK. I'm not sure how long the kids will make it, but a late map may insure Wishes. Then, take the kids and mom back to room and DH and I hit PM EMH at MGM.
Tuesday AM EMH is EPCOT, mom may want to go see Flower & Garden Festival stuff or maybe she'll want to see MGM and then we'll probably hit MK for the rest of the Day.
Wednesday we have a 10:30 ADR for Chef Mickey's before we head home.
Well, what do you think? Any suggestions? What water park do you think will be best for us? I'm leaning toward Typhoon Lagoon. I think I may blend in with Blizzard Beach. lol. :rotfl2:

WHEW!!!! :faint: I am tired just reading that! LOL! It makes me glad DH and I decided to extend our stays...it allows us to take our time at the parks and not be worn out (which we always end up that way at the end of the day!)

Have a great time!

Our children are 4 and 2. We have always stuck with Blizzard Beach. We like the separate section for the little ones. There is sand for them to play in, pop up jets, a small "zero entry" pool with little floats for them to climb on and squirt water with. They have small water slides that my 4 yo is able to use all by himself (lifeguards assist on the top and bottom). There are even smaller waterslides there to - so my 2 year old doesn't feel left out. I have not been to Typhoon Lagoon since I had children so I am not sure how they compare. Both are fun for the adults, but I am still partial to Blizzard Beach.

lol. I know it sounds pretty comando, but we really won't even try to do EVERYTHING wherever we go. lol. We're pretty relaxed, laid-back people. lol.

I think we'll go to BB now that I look at them a little closer. Thanks!
