Good Morning-
I’d be grateful for any advice as I am in a very difficult situation.
My family was set to cruise on January 13th. My wife and I are both fully vaccinated and were under the impression that my 5 and 3 year olds just needed a negative test to board the ship. I booked this cruise back in November with a DCL rep over the phone. I was told that a negative test was all that was needed for my kids as well. I stumbled across the new vaccination policy for kids two days ago and I’m now at the point where my daughter can’t be vaccinated in time to board the ship. Is cancelling the trip through my insurance the only option? It appears I will only get 25% back from what I can tell. This makes me sick to my stomach and I would be appreciative of any advice you could give me. I’m so frustrated as I never received a notice via email or any type of notification from Disney.
Thank you kindly.
