Trick or treating tonight: questions

We are camping at the fort right now and we are wondering where to start trick or treating and what the best loops are.

Also, we have friends who are staying at Wilderness Lodge. Are they allowed to join us for trick or treating?

Last question: is the campfire crazy crowded on Halloween night?
