travelling from Beauvais...

Not straightforward I'm afraid. This is what I found at http://www.mousekingdom.de/index_e.htm . It's under "Tips and Info", then "Planning your holiday", then "How to get to DLP"

"The airport Paris Beauvais is located 56 kilometers north-west of Paris or 125 kilometers north-west of the resort which equals 90 minutes by car from the resort. But: there is no organized shuttle bus or any other direct connection to the resort, leaving guests only with the options of a taxi ride (roughly 150,- Euro) or renting a car and driving on their own for a direct transfer. As Hertz, the official car rental partner of the resort is operating a rental station in the airport, this is a rather convenient option. If necessary you can find the basic directions on the "How to get to ... by car"-page.
There is also the option of taking the shuttle bus to Porte Maillot in Paris (10,- Euro per person per way for the 70 to 90 minute ride) from where the RER 1 toward Chateau de Vincennes brings guests to the station Charles de Gaulle Etolle. There the RER A toward Marne-la-Vallée leaves, of which the resort is the last stop. As an alternative guests can take a taxi from the airport to the railway station of Beauvais (10,- Euro for a 15 minute ride), from where the TER regional express train via Persan-Beaumont operated by SNCF takes them to Gare du Nord in Paris. After this 70 to 90 minute train ride the resort is only a short transfer by RER away. Details about the last part of the journey can be found on the "How to get to ... by train"-page."

I've done the "public" transport option a few times and not as bad as it sounds. Four easy steps:

1.The Ryanair bus to Paris takes an hour to hour and a half (depending on traffic) €20 return.

2. Bus drops you in a car park around the corner from Porte Maillot metro stop. Walk to it 5 minutes

3. Get the metro to Charles de Gaulle €1 - 5 minutes (Chateau de Vincennes Direction).

4. Then get the RER A to Marne la Vallee (gates of Disney) €12 return. 30 minutes.

All in should take you less than 2 hours, you'll see a very small bit of Paris and save a bunch of Euros!

Many thanks cb13. It's some time since you replied to my daughters query but we have finally decided to go to DLP in October, and your travel suggestions sound excellent and not too complicated. Thanks again.
