HELP!!

My husband and I are flying to Orlando in a couple of weeks and I want to bring my pin bag - with all the airline regulations, does anyone know if it will be a problem to carry the pin bag on?

THANKS!!!!!

i carried on a few loose pins in my carry on once... i think that they might let you just becuase there disney pins... dont take my word on it though!! just a thought..

That's an interesting question. Since I don't know, is that something you can fit in a suitcase and check just to be safe?

I'd rather stuff 'um in my checked bags but you could call Continenal Airlines here and ask:

For baggage information: 1-800-335-BAGS (1-800-335-2247)

We haven't ever had a problem carrying pins on post 9/11. They will have to hand check them because it looks like a big black blob on the xray (if you have a pin book and layers of pins) but generally they just flip through, see they are disney pins, and don't have a problem with it. They see LOTS of them at the Orlando airport.

Ive carried on my pins several times through several different airports (LAX, SNA, SLC,and MCO)- Ive always kept them handy as I usually have to show them- Once they see what they are Ive never had a problem with them- If there is a large line at security I seperate them from the rest of my carryon and have them screened seperately so its not a matter of fumble through the bag-

I've never been search flying out of Columbus, OH or Orlando but they sure check my laptop over,

I carried on my pin bag with over a 100 pins in it last May. They did ask me to open it when it passed through the scanner. The funny thing is the checker was oooing and ahhing over some of the pins and I thought that she might ask me if I wanted to trade. :p

If you carry them on, I wouldn't think they'd be a problem. I wouldn't put them in my luggage. Wouldn't want them to get "Lost".
