Travel Times to Parks from FW

Can some of you FW veterans give me an idea of how much travel time to allow to each of the parks from FW by car and by WDW transportation?

Also, is it better to take a GC or bike to the main pickup points for WDW busses than waiting on the FW internal busses?

This is our 1st time at FW so any help is greatly appreciated.

Taking a bike or GC is going to be faster then waiting for a bus.
The following times are bus or boat averages with wait time from The Unoffical Guide to WDW. Internal buses are included in the time.
bus or boat --------- by your car
MK 23-33 ---------- 37-47
Epcot 55-73 --------- 18-23
MGM 46-61 --------- 19-23
AK 52-68 --------- 24-25
