Travel time between MCO to WL?

Our flight arrives at MCO at 11:20 AM. Assuming the flight is on time (I know that is assuming a lot!!!), when would we expect to arrive at WL via Mears Transportation or such other similar transportation?

I don't have an answer for you, but want to warn you...

There's really no way to estimate with Mears, as they may make a LOT of stops before they ever get to the WL. (This is one of the big drawbacks with Mears. Do a search here to see other issues.)

I'm sure others will chime in with approximate times based upon towncars, rental cars, etc.

The actual *drive time* between MCO & WL, assuming moderate traffic, is around 30-40 minutes. Remember too, traffic can be very heavy in the Orlando area, too.

Hmmm. Thanks for the heads up on Mears. Maybe I'll look further into another company. Any suggestions?

i've used mears shuttle before & with more than one guest resort stop it can take over an hour, once 2 hours to wdw's allstar movies. this is common with most shuttles from airport to wdw, more than 1 resort stop.

unless we're traveling in a large group, in which mears has vans which is economical & straight to your resort 30-40 mins in good traffic. a towncar is worth the money to me (i'm spoiled now!) we've used mears towncars, tiffany towncar & florida towncars (last 2 have coupons online & offer grocery stop if requested), all good experiences. you get off the plane, a driver mets you with a sign at guest baggage "john doe", brings your bags to the car and brings you straight to your resort, 30 - 40 mins to wdw resorts in good traffic.
