Travel between DLR and Universal Studios

Planning trip in Sept as an add on to a business trip. Current plan is 3 days at DL/DCA and one day at US. What is the best way to get from HoJo at Disneyland to Universal Studios without a car? I won't need a car for anything else so would prefer not to have to rent and trying to see if there is another option.

Gray Line is the simplest way to go.

Greyline is very easy as it takes you directly from your hotel to USH and back. But often its departure and return times do not allow you a full open to close park visit depending on park hours.

In this case renting an economy car may work. This maybe cheaper depending on your party size and if you can get a deal for $40 or so for the day keeping in mind USH charges parking. There are rental agencies in walking distance from DLR but others may know the specifics.

Another choice is ART from Hojo to the metro rail. I believe the rail stops right at Universal City.

I was wondering this as well for a November trip. I see that Universal has a ticket that includes round trip transportation for an extra $30 per person. I wonder if they use Greyline? Has anyone ever used this before? Thank you!
