Travel agent not answering me for final payment

Travel agent not answering me. My payment is due saturday and I messaged her last week to make the final payment. Were friends on facebook ( we went to HS together) so I know she knows I messaged her. Before I booked with her she used to answer my questions all the time. I messaged her again today she hasnt answered me yet. Does anyone know if I can make the payment through disney if I call and give them my reservation number? TIA
 
I believe any payment has to go through the TA. Does she work for an agency, can you contact a general agency number rather than trying to reach her directly?

I havent, I dont want her to get in trouble. I just want to make sure its paid. That will be next if disney cant do it.
 
I book thru Costco travel for every cruise. I have to pay thru them. If I call DCL for anything, they tell me to call Costco. Think you are stuck making your payment thru her. I would be calling the agency tomorrow to make a payment.

My communication with my TA about travel is through email. If she is on vacation or has to be off for an emergency, she coordinates with another agent and her email does an auto-reply with her expected date back and who I can contact if this is something time-sensitive.

We're friends on FB, but we leave FB for the friendship we've developed. And while we might discuss trip options casually on there, anything to do with actually booking, changes, payments, etc. is strictly through email.

Its due monday, I just double checked. I still dont understand why she wouldnt answer me. I dont have her personal phone number. I will call the agency she works for tomorrow if she doesnt reply.
 
I don't trust FB messaging. I have missed those before. I would pull what my hubby and I call a Woof: email, text, voicemail. Apologize for spamming her, and say that you weren't sure if she had gotten your message and you were getting antsy about the final payment date approaching. Remind her of the date, in case she forgot.

She won’t get in trouble if all you ask is to pay your balance. If they tell you to talk to her then just ask them for her work number - if they say she doesn’t have one THEN you can tell them she isn’t responding. I get not wanting to get them in trouble but wouldn’t risk losing my trip over it!

I'm pretty sure sure you can transfer your booking back to DCL direct. I'm positive we were offered that option when voicing our concerns about an issue with a TA.
 
If she has a host (probably does), look on your booking confirmation to see if there is a phone number for her host agency. Or perhaps the host agency name so you can look them up. Then if you haven't heard from your TA, call the host agency and have them apply the payment.
 
Would you have acted differently if this TA was not a HS friend but just a business relation?

I suspect things would have been done through official phone calls or official email and not FB messenger if the TA was just a business relation as well.
