I need help with reserving transportation to and from the airport.
What company is the best to use?

THANKS

We will be arriving Orlando INTL and we would like a town car or limo to take us to the WDW Dolphin resort.

:) DH and I use Tiffanty Towncar exclusively. We have used them many times over the last 10 years. They are always prompt and the drivers are nice. They will hold up a sign for you in baggage claim. On occasion I have not seen them when we go down the escalator waiting for us....but by the time we get our luggage they are always there.

I had to change our pick time on short notice in November and it was fine. They adjusted for the late flight with no problems.

You can also get a free 30 minute grocery stop.

I have used both Tiffany Towncar and Fl Tours. FL Tours is a Transportation board sponsor. Just used them a week ago. Had a very good experience with them. TT has also worked out very well for me.
I am comfortable recommending both of them, but would choose FL Tours due to their sponsorship.

We are a family of four travelling to the Dolphin from the airport. We were planning on just grabbing a taxi. I priced out Mears, for us and it worked out to be a bit cheaper with the taxi.

A car service will run you around $60 plus gratuity. Yes, a cab will be less but I do like having prearranged transportation. And I do like the service I get from the towncar companies.

The price of a towncar service is more predictable that price of a cab. With a towncar, you have a firm price reservation and you can budget for a tip. With a cab, you'll pay what the taxi meter shows plus a tip.

Towncar services use luxury sedans, provide personal services, and will stop at the grocery store at your request. The rooms at the Swan have refrigerators, so I assume the rooms at the Dolphin do too. A grocery stop means you can have cold water bottles, chilled wine, or other cold beverages in your room. That alone would make me use a towncar service over a cab.

DISboards sponsor FL Tours gets high marks, and I like to support DISboards by using DISboards sponsors when possible.
