Transportation from hotels to DC and SeaWorld??

We will be staying at the Portofino this coming October and, in addition to going to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, we have reservations for Discovery Cove for a day and the passes for SeaWorld. We are planning on renting a car (Alamo) at the airport as part of our travel package, but we are now wondering if it might be better to get a towncar from the airport to the hotel and try to take shuttles to Discovery Cove and SeaWorld from the hotel if they are available?? Does anyone know if they have them??.....and, if so, do they run pretty frequently?? If they don't, does anyone know how much it is to park at Discovery Cove and SeaWorld?? Sorry for so many questions!

Parking at SeaWorld and DC is not a problem at all. BUT A rental car is mostly not necessary if you're staying at the Portofino. I think you'd come out even by getting the towncar and using a cab or a shuttle to the SeaWorld area.

The Shuttles to SW leave at the following times from the PBH:

7:45AM
12:50PM

and return at

5:00PM
7:15PM

For more flexiblity, the cabs are not very expensive and the parks are not far from USF at all.

Remember, there is a daily charge for parking your car so you might want to keep that in consideration.
