Transportation for 6 from MCO to BCV

We will need transportation for 6 adults plus luggage from Orlando airport to BCV. We are usually 4 and just take a cab, but I don't know if they have cabs that will fit 6 plus luggage. We have also used Tiffany Town cars in the past, but again, with 4 not 6.

Anyone usually travel with a larger party and can recommend a car service? Or will a taxi do? Anyone know of a car service that will meet the flight, and schedule a pickup at BCV for the return flight.

Well, there's the Mears Shuttle, which can handle any number of people. It costs $28 round trip per person.

I read on these boards that one of the car services in Orlando now has a Hummer limo. You could get that.

If you liked Tiffany's, go with them again, but ask for a van. IIRC, it's only $10 more (RT) than the towncar. A van will easily handle your party.

You might also consider a van from FL Tours - one of the DIS sponsors. There is a link to their web site at the top of the Transportation Forum.

I have used a Van from Tiffancy Town Car many times, as CarolMN mentioned, it is only $10 more. I think it was $95 round trip plus tip.

You might try MS and see if the taxi company that DVC contracts with can accomodate your party in an extended van. We have used this service on many occasions and been very happy. They meet you at the airport and when your luggage comes in you are ready to go, no other stops like Mears. Straight to the resort.
There is a set price plus tip through DVC for this taxi service.

We've been using <a href="http://www.fltours.com">FL Tours</a>, one of the sponsors of the DIS. Our most recent trip with them was this past Thursday and we rode in their van.

Our driver, Renata, was prompt in greeting us at the airport and we had a grocery stop at Publix on the way to OKW. We've ridden with them for every trip during the past two years and can vouch for the excellent service.

I'll move this to the transportation board where you may find some other comments.

On our trip this past fall we had 4 adults and 5 kids (all in seat belts) plus our luggage in a www.HappyLimo.com stretch limo. They have always been very good about the pick up and return trip. With that many people I think it is at least as affordable as the Mears shuttle and maybe more so.

Tiffany vs. Fl Tours

I noticed that Tiffany is priced $95 for a van (+I have a $5 coupon) and Fl Tours (with their $5 coupon) is $20 more for a van. I hate to penny pinch but is FL Tours worth the extra money?

We have always preferred to use FL Tours for our transportation. Andy is a wonderful guy who will see to it you are taken care of.

FL Tours is the official transportation company of the DIS and by using them we are supporting these boards. I know that I would be lost when it comes to my Disney planning without these boards.

We have used Tiffany 7 times ourselves, including a trip to Port Canaveral and have friends that have used them 2 times. We have never had any problems. They are on time, friendly, helpful, clean cars, etc. Plan on using them again in Sept.

What about Quicksilver Tours and Transportation - MrsG i've just checked their website and its quoting Luxury Van (Up to 10 passengers) from MCO.

Downtown Disney Resorts/Lake Buena Vista $ 54.90 one-way

All other Walt Disney World Resorts $ 54.90 one-way


That sounds a great price to me -- we used them in October and found them 1st class.
