Transportation between CR & AKL

Is there direct transportation between the CR and AKL? I have a 7:30 AM ressie at Boma and was assured by the CM that I can take a bus directly from CR. I thought that traveling resort-to-resort (other than on the monorail) would require a transfer at the TTC.

There is no resort to resort transportation. You could catch the AKL bus at the MK by walking over there or taking the monorail over to the MK. Or you could take the bus to DTD and catch an AKL bus from there. Or take a cab.

That's what I thought! She was so definite, though, that I was wondering if things have changed.

Can I get to Boma by 7:30, do you think? Will busses run from the MK to AKL at that hour? As far as cabbing it, I'll have 3 little kids and no carseats.

There is no resort transportation to/from the TTC. You'll need to transfer at a park. AK would be the closest.

I think the buses will be up and running by then, if that is the way you want to go and would not feel like taking a taxi.

I thought that resort transportation only operates 1 hour prior to park opening, so check to make sure that AK is open at 8am on your day. It would probably be alot easier to cab it???

You can ask the question on the transportation board. There are WDW bus drivers that post over there.

There are early morning busses for the various breakfasts, tours, etc. at the parks. But (except for MK), most of the breakfasts etc. start at 8AM and the busses start at about 7.

Be out at the CR bus stop before 7AM. Get on the AK bus. Tell the driver you need to get to the AKL. Once he drops off the others going to AK, he will take you to the AKL. Hopefully, you will be there by 7:30.
